Can I sell my new mobile or a used phone?
Check your exact model in the catalogue. Brand New means factory sealed, unopened and unused. For an opened or used phone, choose the condition that matches it. Unlisted models need confirmation from Kwik.
Is the online quote the final price?
It is an estimate based on the model, storage and condition you select. Kwik checks the device before confirming the final offer. If no price is configured, request a manual valuation; this does not mean your device has no value.
How do pickup and payment work?
Choose doorstep pickup or a store visit when requesting a valuation. Confirm the arrangements with Kwik before handover. Payment follows verification and your acceptance of the final offer; check the payout policy for available methods.
What if my phone is damaged or missing from search?
Contact Kwik with the model and a description of the fault. Do not choose a different model or describe a cracked or faulty device as fully working. Eligibility and valuation need review.
What should I do before selling my old mobile?
Back up your files and transfer access to essential apps first. Remove personal accounts, activation locks and your SIM or eSIM when ready, then follow the data-wipe checklist. Never share an account password with a buyer.
